Hey, welcome to riodecwmtaff, a personal and reviews journal. I'll post occasionally about my life or maybe DW reviews of the latest episodes. Remember any reviews are purely my opinion and everyone is entitled to their own. My icon comms are aliensoflondon and thesatanpit. I also post about Torchwood and Doctor Who - my favourite assistants are Rose & Donna, and my favourite character in Torchwood is Gwen Bloody Cooper. Also, I’m from the United Kingdom and spell things with 's' instead of 'z' and 'colour' has a 'u' in it.

My favourite TV show is Doctor Who, and I’m a massive fan of it. I’m a die-hard Series 1-4 (aka the Russel T. Davies era) fan and I’m not the greatest lover of the Steven Moffat/Matt Smith Era. I also really like the spin-off show made by Russel T. Davies, Torchwood. Moffat wrote some good eps in series 1-4 but ultimately ruined the show when he took over as head writer. Search for 'anti-moffat' on tumblr for a few reasons.

Music is something I love. Artists, stations and genres I like include: Katy B, Progressive House, Devlin, Professor Green, Plan B, Calvin Harris, Example, Lily Allen, Eliza Doolittle, Disclosure, Rudimental, Alesso, Avicii, Axwell, Nicky Romero, Nervo, UK Garage, Rinse FM, Cedric Gervais, Paloma Faith.

I like a lot of TV, but obviously Doctor Who stands out. Some other shows and genres I enjoy watching are: Torchwood, Comedy, Sci-Fi, Drama, Futurama, Primeval, Miranda, Mrs Browns Boys, The Simpsons, The Vicar Of Dibley, Stella, Gavin and Stacey, The Royle Family, Benidorm, Big Brother, Celebrity Big Brother.

My favourite colour is the blue that Adidas Originals uses as their signature colour. I also like the colour red, like the one #FF0000 makes.

I hope to study socialogy and english, and I'd like to become an investigative journalist one day. My ideal career would be working for The Guardian or The Observer newspapers, or working in TV news and being posted to somewhere like Africa.
